We are delighted to introduce our renewed Matcha Collection for 2026.

What is changing?

This new selection aims at providing a thoughtful matcha experience.

We continuously work with our long-term farming partners, trying our best to showcase their art and love for artisanal matcha.

We have slightly changed the cultivars. Please note that due to limited availability, some products can only be bought in the physical shop.

MIYABI - Origin: Mie Prefecture, Suizawa town. Made of Samidori. Light and pure

Collaboration with Hagimura-san

GEN - Origin: Kagoshima Prefecture, Shibushi town. Made of Seimei. An expression of the soil with more power

Collaboration with Sakamoto-san

SHIZUMA - Origin: Shiga Prefecture, Mandokoro village. Made of Zairai. Rustic expression of what Matcha was before the 20th century

Collaboration with Fukui-san

SEIKA - Origin: Kyoto Prefecture, Wazuka town. Made of Okumidori. Soft and deep (very limited)

Collaboration with Nakai-san

SŌAN - Origin: Kyoto Prefecture, Uji town. Made of Samidori and Asahi. Deep umami (very limited).

Secret collaboration
